Defective or Incorrect Items:

- Order number
- Clear photos/unboxing video of the defective or incorrect item
- Description of the issue
All defect claims are reviewed on a case by case basis. Return shipping costs in such cases will be determined after review.
No Returns Policy:
As a B2B wholesale platform, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Slow sales or market conditions
- Incorrect quantity ordered by buyer
- Minor cosmetic variations from product images
