These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Radeon Wholesale platform and your relationship with Radeon Industries. By registering or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility:
Radeon Wholesale is a B2B platform exclusively for verified business buyers — retailers, distributors, and resellers. Registration is subject to approval by our team.
Pricing:
All prices displayed are wholesale prices exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Tiered pricing is available based on order quantity.
Orders & Payment:
- All orders require confirmation by our team via WhatsApp before dispatch.
- COD orders require 10% advance payment to confirm.
- Courier charges are to be paid by the buyer before dispatch.
- Prepaid orders via bank transfer or UPI are accepted.
Shipping:
Orders are shipped Pan India via courier partners (Delhivery, Xpressbees, Gati, Ekart, Shree Maruti) or via Cargo/Transport for larger orders. Delivery timelines depend on location. Cargo/Transport is not available for COD orders.
Returns & Refunds:
All sales are final. Returns are not accepted except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments, which are reviewed on a case by case basis. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.
Account Responsibility:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Radeon Wholesale is not liable for any unauthorised access to your account.
Intellectual Property:
All content on this website including logos, images, and text is the property of Radeon Industries. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability:
Radeon Industries is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform or products purchased.
Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
