Shipping Partners:
We ship via leading courier and logistics partners including Delhivery, Xpressbees, Gati, Ekart, and Shree Maruti Courier. For larger bulk orders, we also offer shipping via Cargo and Transport services, subject to availability at your location.
Please note: Cargo and Transport shipping is available only for prepaid orders. COD orders are eligible for courier shipping only.
Delivery Timeline:
Delivery timelines vary depending on your location:
– Metro cities: 2–5 business days
– Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days
– Remote or rural areas: 7–12 business days
Timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to factors beyond our control.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Charges will be communicated to you by our team on WhatsApp before dispatch. Courier charges must be paid before dispatch for all orders.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking details on your registered WhatsApp number.
COD Orders:
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available subject to a 10% advance payment to confirm your order. Our team will contact you on WhatsApp with payment details after order placement. COD is available only via courier — Cargo and Transport shipping is not available for COD orders.
